Recalling or Reactivating a Shared From
There may be instances in which a submitted form may need to be recalled, reshared and resubmitted.
For example, a link has been shared with a client who has filled out some of the form fields. The client has either not filled out all the required fields or filled in fields incorrectly and submitted the form, completing the form journey and generating the PDF report.
The formShare owner is made aware of the missing information or errors and needs the client to made amendments to form. The formShare owner will need to login to home.insdi.com and Reactivate the form (by selecting the 'Options' button and selecting 'Reactivate' from the dropdown. The formShare owner will now be able to either make the changes themselves or reshare the form with client for the client to make the necessary changes.
Another instance is if a form is shared incorrectly and needs to be recalled. If the formShare owner has sent the form to an incorrect phone number or email address, the shared form can be recalled (the form that was shared cannot be accessed by the incorrect email address/phone number). This can be done on home.insdi.com by selecting the 'Options' button and selecting 'Recall' from the drop down. The recall option can also be used if the person who shared the form has forgotten to fill in certain fields before sharing the form.
