Sharing a form (Multiple users)

Sharing a form (Multiple users)

When it comes to sharing links and forms, it may be difficult to understand the best approach when using the 'Share and Block' or 'Share and Forget' Options.

Please see the below scenarios in which each option is useful:

Option 1 : Share and Block
The 'Share and Block' feature ensures that once the form has been submitted by the third party, it will return to the user who shared the link.
For example, a template link is given to a broker, who fills in some fields on the form. The broker then shares the form with a client using the 'Share and Block' option. The client completes the remaining fields and clicks 'submit' at the end of the form. The completed form is then sent back to the broker, who will review the form before submitting it to the company (form owner).
In simple terms: the form link is sent by the company (User A) to the broker (User B). User B shares the form with the client (User C). User C completes the form, and upon submission, the form is sent back to User B, who then submits the form to User A, completing the form journey.

Option 2 : Share and Forget
The 'Share and Forget' feature will eliminate the link sharer's involvement, instead sending the completed form directly to the administrator of the form.
For instance, a template link is shared with a broker, who fills in some fields on the form. The broker then shares the form with a client using the 'Share and Forget' option. The client completes the remaining fields and submits the form. The completed form is sent directly back to the form owner, bypassing any further input from the intermediary and completing the form's journey. In simple terms: the form link is sent by the company (User A) to the broker (User B). User B then shares the form with the client (User C). User C completes the form and submits it to User A, thus completing the form journey
